The Verdict For me, the Pet dog Silencer Pro was a complete success. The barking stopped after just minutes on the initial evening and hasn’t resumed since. I do have a couple of qualifying remarks, however. One must remember that the Doggy Silencer Pro works by making the barking less enjoyable for the dog. If the doggie is barking for reasons that go beyond recreational barking, like barking at other animals, people, or because it’s cold or hungry this isn’t going to stop it. The one time the family dog kept barking when the silencer was on I asked the neighbors if it had been fed. It hadn’t. All in all this product was a real sleep saver for me and I definitely recommend it if you have a doggie barking problem.
